Charge the generator works great. But also ordered the emp kit . got that but had to call for several weeks to get the solar panel ship to me that comes with emp kit. customer service was something that needed a overhaul big time!!!!

Within hours of charging my unit, there was a power outage that lasted 4 hours. The outage started just before sun down, so we simply placed a lamp of the table and plugged it in to light the house. It was nice to have light, but did not understand the value of watt/hours and since we were using a standard bulb of 175 watts, we used all the power that the generator could provide. We will use LED next time.

The generator would be more useful if it had more power. It's not big enough to power most well pumps. It is nice having a generator you can use indoors and recharge 2000 times. The buying process should be more straight forward. Less scare tactics. Also, use a normal products page with prices listed. Click to buy without having to watch videos.

I purchased the generator primarily as a power source should we encounter a power grid failure or an EMP over boost. I have tested the dual solar panels and stored the unit In the EMP protective storage bag. The bag is expensive....but if it survives in a crisis it will be worth it.

Finally got a chance to check out the generator we purchased. Looks like it is just what we wanted, but will wait until we need it to give it a serious test! We tested it on our freezer, refrigerator and a couple of small kitchen appliances and it worked fine. Not much sun around here this time of year to test the solar panels but I'm sure they will work just as good as the generator does.

The bag is not big enough for the power station. There's review below that says he put it in but no way it encloses the unit. Even the instructions for the bag show loose items in the bag not the power generator. I'm writing support to see if they have a bag to recommend.
I do like the unit and panels.
